  1. Open the outer packaging.
  2. Take out the heating pads.
  3. Shake and wait 5-10 minutes for air activation.
  4. For better heat production, place the heating pads in an insulated environment (jacket pockets, pants, gloves).
  5. If the heating pads start to produce heat poorly during use, take them out and shake them again.
  6. After a single use, dispose of the cooled hot water bottles as normal garbage.

Warnings:

  • Do not stick to the skin.
  • Do not tear the pad, do not contact the powder, do not consume the contents!
