Minimum Order Amount

  • The minimum order amount is 200 UAH.

Payment Methods

  •  Online payment by bank card (Visa/MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
    Payment is processed via Visa or MasterCard on the secure Plata by Mono payment page. Data confidentiality and security are guaranteed.
    Refunds are credited back to the same card used for payment.

  •  Payment on delivery
    Available only for orders within Ukraine. When receiving the order, you pay for the goods and the carrier’s additional service: 20 UAH + 2% of the order value.

  • Non-cash payment via IBAN
    Available for legal entities and individuals. Details are provided by a manager after order confirmation. Delivery is made after funds are received on the seller’s account.

    Delivery cost: according to carrier rates from 60 UAH. Free shipping for orders over 3000 UAH.
    Delivery time: 1–3 business days. Storage at the branch: 7 days, after which the order automatically returns to the seller’s warehouse.
  • Nova Post courier
    Delivery cost: according to carrier rates from 95 UAH. Free shipping for orders over 3000 UAH.
    Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
  • Ukrposhta (branch)
    Delivery cost: according to carrier rates from 40 UAH. Free shipping for orders over 3000 UAH.
    Delivery time: 3–7 business days. Storage at the branch: 14 days, after which the order automatically returns to the seller’s warehouse.
  • Ukrposhta courier
    Delivery cost: according to carrier rates from 60 UAH. Free shipping for orders over 3000 UAH.
    Delivery time: 3–7 business days.
  • Meest Post (branch or postomat)
    Delivery cost: according to carrier rates from 30 UAH. Free shipping for orders over 1500 UAH.
    Delivery time: Regional center – up to 48 hours, Non-regional center – up to 72 hours.
    Storage at the branch: 5 days, after which the order automatically returns to the seller’s warehouse.
  • Meest Post courier
    Delivery cost: according to carrier rates from 30 UAH. Free shipping for orders over 1500 UAH.
    Delivery time: Regional center – up to 48 hours, Non-regional center – up to 72 hours.
  • Pickup
    You can collect the order at our warehouse the same day: 86V Kazimira Malevicha St., Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine.
    Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
    Cost: free.

Delivery Time

  • Kyiv: 1–3 business days
  • Ukraine: 1–7 business days
  • Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are sent the same day
  • Delivery times may increase during promotions

Exchange and Return

Return of Goods in Proper Condition

You have the right to return or exchange goods in proper condition within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection».

Conditions for return:

  1. The product has not been used, and its appearance, consumer properties, labels, and packaging are preserved.
  2. The buyer has a document confirming the purchase.

Note:
According to Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172, the following cannot be returned:

  • perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • personal hygiene items;
  • products in aerosol packaging.

Return of Goods in Poor Condition

If the product has defects caused by the manufacturer or defects discovered upon receipt, the seller covers the return costs. The buyer can choose:

  • an exchange for a similar product;
  • a refund.

Procedure for Return or Exchange

    • Goods in proper condition – at the buyer's expense.
    • Goods in poor condition – at the seller's expense.

  • Carefully check the completeness and condition of the goods upon receipt at the branch or delivery by courier.
