Online payment by credit card (Google Pay, Apple Pay)

You can pay for your order using Visa and MasterCard. When paying for an order by credit card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on the secure page of the internationally certified monobank payment system. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) does not go to the online store, their processing is fully protected and no one, including our online store, can get your personal and bank data. In case of return, the funds are returned to the same card from which the payment was made.

Payment upon receipt

Payment upon receipt is available only on the territory of Ukraine. When placing an order, you will have the opportunity to choose the "Payment upon receipt" payment option. Our manager may contact you to clarify the details before sending the order. At the Nova Poshta branch, you pay for the order and the return shipment of funds (20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount).

Cashless payment by IBAN

Payment by bank transfer IBAN for legal entities and individuals: payment details are provided by the manager after order confirmation. If you choose a non-cash payment method, the order will be delivered after the funds have been credited to our current account.


By Nova Poshta

The cost of delivery according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta is from 50 ₴.
After placing an order, we will arrange its delivery to the branch as soon as possible.  But keep in mind that when you choose the "Payment upon receipt" payment method, you pay for the return shipment of funds (20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount). You can also arrange delivery to a post office. If there is no space in the post office, a Nova Poshta manager will contact you to specify a convenient branch for pickup. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, except for official public holidays.

The parcel is stored at the post office for 5 days.

Targeted delivery by Nova Poshta courier

Delivery cost according to Nova Poshta tariffs from 85 ₴.
If you want to receive your order without leaving your home or office, choose this type of delivery. 


You can pick up your order for free from our warehouse in Kyiv, 86B Kazymyr Malevycha St. (Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 16:00).


Goods are delivered within 2 days from Monday to Friday in Kyiv and about 3 days to other settlements.

Important! Orders placed and confirmed before 14.00 on business days (Monday - Friday) are shipped on the same day.


We kindly ask you to check the completeness and integrity of the order at the place of receipt of the goods (post office, courier mail) without leaving the place of issue of orders. In case of violation of the integrity of the goods, be sure to file a claim with the delivery service. We insure all parcels for the full amount of the purchase.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991, perfumes and cosmetics, sanitary products and goods in aerosol packaging are included in the list of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon receipt of the order, carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of the courier, if you do not like the appearance or the product does not meet the parameters of the order, without opening the package, return the order to the courier, we will definitely replace it. Claims for appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery.


According to Article 8 (part 14) of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", in case of doubt about the quality of the consumed goods, such goods must undergo a specialized examination.
The exchange or refund of money for such goods is carried out only based on the results of the examination.
The consumer has the right to participate in the quality control of the goods in person or through his/her representative. After the examination, our managers will notify you by phone of the results and provide a document for confirmation.


The amount paid for the goods is returned in the same way as it was received by the seller.

Terms of refund

Refunds or replacement of goods are usually made within 1-3 business days, no later than 7 business days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller.
