Minimum Order Amount

The minimum order amount is 200 UAH.

Payment Methods

  1. Online payment by bank card (Visa/MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
    You can pay for your order using Visa or MasterCard. Payment processing takes place on the secure page of the payment system Plata by Mono, which ensures the confidentiality and security of your data.
    In case of a refund, the funds are transferred to the same card used for the payment.

  2. Payment on delivery
    Available only for orders within Ukraine through the carrier «Nova Poshta». When receiving your order, you pay for the goods and an additional service fee for cash-on-delivery (20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount).

  3. Non-cash payment via IBAN
    Payment is made via non-cash settlement for legal entities and individuals. Payment details are provided by the manager after order confirmation. Delivery is carried out after the funds are credited to the seller's account.

Delivery Methods

  1. Nova Poshta (branch or parcel locker)
    Delivery to a «Nova Poshta» branch or parcel locker. Delivery cost according to the carrier's rates – from 60 UAH.
    Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. If there is no space in the parcel locker, the carrier's manager will contact you to clarify a convenient branch.

  2. Nova Poshta Courier
    Home delivery by «Nova Poshta» courier. Delivery cost according to the carrier's rates – from 95 UAH. Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.

  3. Ukrposhta (branch)
    Delivery to a «Ukrposhta» branch. Delivery cost according to the carrier's rates – from 40 UAH. Orders are delivered within 3-7 working days.

  4. Ukrposhta Courier
    Home delivery by «Ukrposhta» courier. Delivery cost according to the carrier's rates – from 60 UAH. Orders are delivered within 3-7 working days.

  5. Self-pickup
    You can pick up your order from our warehouse:
    86V Kazymyra Malevycha St., Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine.
    Self-pickup is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.

Note:

  • Free delivery is available for all orders over 10,000 UAH.

Delivery Time

  • Within Kyiv: 1-3 working days.
  • Within Ukraine: 1-7 working days.
  • During promotional periods, delivery times may increase.

Orders placed before 14:00 on working days are shipped the same day.

Exchange and Return

Return of Goods in Proper Condition

You have the right to return or exchange goods in proper condition within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection».

Conditions for return:

  1. The product has not been used, and its appearance, consumer properties, labels, and packaging are preserved.
  2. The buyer has a document confirming the purchase.

Note:
According to Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172, the following cannot be returned:

  • perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • personal hygiene items;
  • products in aerosol packaging.

Return of Goods in Poor Condition

If the product has defects caused by the manufacturer or defects discovered upon receipt, the seller covers the return costs. The buyer can choose:

  • an exchange for a similar product;
  • a refund.

Procedure for Return or Exchange

  1. Return location:

    • In person at the warehouse:
      86V Kazymyra Malevycha St., Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine.
    • Through the carrier «Nova Poshta» to the address:
      Kyiv, branch No. 421.

  2. Processing time for returns:
    Within 7 working days of receiving the product by the seller.

  3. Return costs:

    • Goods in proper condition – at the buyer's expense.
    • Goods in poor condition – at the seller's expense.

  4. Refund:
    Funds are returned via the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 working days.

Additional Information

  • Carefully check the completeness and condition of the goods upon receipt at the branch or delivery by courier.
  • In case of damage or missing items, be sure to file a claim with the carrier.
