  1. Open the outer packaging.
  2. Take out the heating pad.
  3. Shake and wait 5-10 minutes for air activation.
  4. Remove the protective layer from the adhesive strip and stick it to your clothes.
  5. For better heat production, put on another layer of clothing over it.
  6. If the heating pad starts to produce poor heat during use, remove it and shake it again.
  7. After a single use, dispose of the cooled heating pad as normal garbage.

Warning:

  • Do not stick to the skin.
  • Do not tear the pad, do not contact the powder, do not consume the contents!
