1. Take out 4 heating elements from the external multi-use package.
2. Pour 150 ml of water into the package. The approximate water level is marked on the external package as min-max.
3. Remove the protective film from one heating element and firmly attach it to the hermetically sealed food container (retort pouch, tin).
4. Insert the heating element along with the retort pouch into the external package in such a way that the heating element fits against the back wall of the retort pouch, and the retort pouch with food is against the front wall of the external package.
5. Close the zip lock of the package and place it on a support at an angle of 5-10° so that the water completely covers the heating element, and the food packaging is on top of it.
6. Be careful! Do not touch the external package during the reaction (temperature above 100°).
7. After 15-20 minutes, retrieve the package with the heated food.
